ONLINE PURCHASING:
We accept the following cards as means of payment for purchases: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover. Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped FedEx 3-day. All orders are shipped out within 2 - 5 business days. If you would like Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, please email us at info@adinadesign.com and write shipping in the subject line. We will add an additional $5 - $7 to your order. All orders for Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipping must be placed before 12 noon PST or they will be processed the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Adina Design, Inc. does not offer international shipping online. However, if you are interested in placing an order internationally, please email us at info@adinadesign.com and write international order in the subject line. We will then email you back with a form to fill out so we can process your order manually.

REPAIRS:
If your jewelry is in need of repair simply contact our Los Angeles studio at 818-904-2900 to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. When shipping the item to us, please send the receipt. If you need to obtain a copy of your receipt please email us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box.

RETURNS:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date received, for a prompt and courteous refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 818-904-2900 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number). For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post in a hard box.

CARING FOR ADINA JEWELRY:
Adina jewelry is shipped out in anti-tarnish tissue paper in our custom Adina jewelry boxes. We recommend cleaning Adina's jewelry with Connoisseurs jewelry polish, available at most Bed Bath and Beyond's. If the necklace has stones or leather, we recommend using a soft polishing cloth.

All information sent to adinadesign.com is encrypted. We protect your online transaction by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology and Verisign. Additionally, any information you provide us is maintained in private files on our Web server and is not shared with third parties.
